Accounting Search is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its clinical team in California. You will support therapy services under a licensed Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

This role requires a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program graduate, current State PTA license, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. We offer competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• CPR certification.
• State license/registration as PTA.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
