Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in Goshen, Indiana. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with qualifications, professional practice and ethics.

Education: Associate Degree. Experience: 0-1 years. Licenses: PTA licensure and CPR preferred. Travel: Yes, typically less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA licensure.
• Must have or obtain state PTA licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provides instructions to patients and families on exercises and home programs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supports therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
