Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, document responses, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; travel up to 10% may be required and benefits include weekly pay, health and dental after month one, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or PTA program graduate.
• Current PTA licensure in the state required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Travel required up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
• Provides patient and family education on exercises, safety, and home progress.
• Supports Physical Therapists by contributing observations on patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
