Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, is seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our dynamic care team.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in examination and treatment, document progress, and support residents across a general rehab caseload. Shift is 8a-4p, with weekly pay up to $40 an hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required.
• CEU's per state licensure requirements.
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of physical therapy services to patients/residents with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions.
• Perform treatment in accordance with an established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Document patient/resident activities and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies and collaborate with supervisor to improve processes.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field.
