Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, Massachusetts is seeking per diem Physical Therapists to join our rehab team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and provide direct treatment to a general caseload.

Requirements include a Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or DPT), strong communication, and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. We offer up to $55 per hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy required or equivalent.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates patients to develop care plans.
• Provides direct resident treatment per established plan.
• Participates in team meetings and program decisions.
• Consults with and trains patients, residents and caregivers.
• Documents activities in the clinical system promptly.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare and reimbursement rules.
