Job summary

The Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team. You will assist in providing PTA services under a licensed PT, help patients with daily activities, and document progress.

This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, professional development opportunities, and a chance to work with a diverse patient population in our Subacute Rehab wing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies.
• Current PTA licensure in Vermont.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in patient care planning and coordination
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the physical therapist or therapy manager
