Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute rehabilitation team. You will provide comprehensive therapy services to residents and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support a high standard of care.

An active VT PTA license (or license eligibility) and strong documentation skills are required. Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel in an electronic charting system is expected to ensure

Qualifications

Must hold a Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in VT.
Experience providing therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation using electronic records.
Demonstrate strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
