Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare in San Diego County is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver one-on-one home health therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes, following the Plan of Care and documenting progress daily.

We offer competitive per-visit pay starting at $60, mileage reimbursement, and 3 weeks of paid days off (PDO) for eligible employees, plus regular merit evaluations and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the Central and South County.
• Minimum 1 year PT/PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred.
• Current TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the Plan of Care as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments provided (to be reviewed and signed by the PT).
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Submit all visit records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend in-service and on-the-job training sessions as required.
