Nightingale Visiting Nurses of Massachusetts is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for home health in New Bedford. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Current TB test (within 12 months) and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Plan of Care established by the supervising PT.
• Prepare daily progress notes for treatments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Submit visit records and documentation timely.
• Attend required trainings and orientation.
