Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare Inc in San Diego, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in home health. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, follow the Plan of Care, document visits, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, one-on-one care.

This role offers per-visit pay starting at $60, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the Central and South County.
• Minimum 1 year of PT/PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred.
• Current Physical Exam (within last 6 months).
• Current TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to attend a 3-day orientation at our San Diego office.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the Plan of Care as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments provided (to be reviewed and signed by the PT).
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Submit all visit records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend in-service and on-the-job training sessions as required.
• Follow Aspire Home Healthcare’s established policies and procedures.
