Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve patients in San Diego’s Central and South Counties.

You will provide one-on-one, in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and independence. The role offers per-visit pay starting at $60, with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the Central and South County (San Diego area).
• Minimum of 1 year PT/PTA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the Plan of Care as established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments provided (to be reviewed and signed by the PT).
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Submit all visit records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend in-service and on-the-job training sessions as required; follow Aspire Home Healthcare’s policies.
