Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Plant City, in partnership with Step Up Rehab, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role. New team members receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay of $23–$38/hr based on experience. Enjoy a supportive, patient-centered environment and modern rehab facilities.

This role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility). SNF/post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility.
• Assist residents to regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
