Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PTA role is based in dedicated therapy gyms inside skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence with skilled, compassionate care.

The PRN position offers a path to meaningful patient impact with modern rehab gyms, supportive leadership, and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
