Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work within dedicated therapy gyms inside Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing or Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' function and safety.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
