Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF setting at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. This PRN position offers flexible hours and a supportive team within dedicated therapy gyms, enabling residents to regain function and independence.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible),

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
