Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in the skilled nursing facility's dedicated therapy gym, providing skilled PTA-related services to residents.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités
