Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point (Hudson) houses Step Up Rehab as its in-house therapy provider. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) role is full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hudson, FL, delivering skilled therapy and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Florida-licensed PTA (or license-eligible) is required. Competitive pay ranges from $28 to $38 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
