Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point (Hudson) is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider. This full-time position offers a $28-$38 per hour wage, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and is based in Hudson, FL within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will provide skilled PTA services, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence through compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
