Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider serving The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Hawthorne Health in Sarasota. A Physical Therapy Assistant will provide skilled PTA services in SNF settings, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function and quality of life.

Licensed Florida PTA is required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred. This PRN position features increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with modern rehab

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Support residents with compassionate care and functional goals.
