Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work within dedicated therapy gyms, support residents’ function, safety, and independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, modern rehab facilities, and opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling across our SNF sites in Lake Worth Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
