Step Up Rehab at Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida. The PTA collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide skilled therapy aimed at improving function and quality of life for residents.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Assist residents in regaining function and independence through skilled therapy in a SNF setting.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans in coordination with therapy and nursing teams.
