Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida, seeks a Licensed PTA for SNF care on a PRN basis. Provide skilled PTA services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life for residents.

We offer flexible scheduling, a 401(k) with company match, Daily Pay, travel stipends, modern facilities, competitive pay, and supportive leadership. RN supervision not required in all cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
• Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website referenced per HB 531 (2025).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
