Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in the dedicated therapy gym within a skilled nursing facility.

Provide skilled PTA services to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible and graduation from an accredited PTA program required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
