Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN in skilled nursing facilities in Florida, providing therapy services in dedicated rehab gyms to help residents regain function, mobility, and independence with compassionate care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage modest caseloads, and contribute to a positive clinical culture. We offer modern facilities, pay options, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
