Step Up Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. The PRN position is based in a dedicated therapy gym inside a skilled nursing facility, supporting residents to regain function with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Assist with documentation and care planning as part of the therapy team.
