Step Up Rehab in Ocala, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in skilled nursing facilities Hawthorne Center and TimberRidge, providing skilled therapy to residents inside dedicated rehab gyms.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life, delivering compassionate care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
