Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting across Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation & Healing of Ocala and TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing.

The role requires graduates of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license; SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. This PRN position features enhanced pay when benefits are waived and includes a supportive leadership team and modern rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
