Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Hawthorne Center and TimberRidge Center in Ocala, FL. You will work within in-house therapy teams to help residents regain function and independence.

The role is PRN with increased rates when medical benefits are waived; Florida PTA licensure or eligibility is required, SNF/post-acute experience preferred, and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as per regulatory requirements.

Education

Graduate of accredited PTA program
