Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation & Healing and TimberRidge Center in Ocala, FL. This PRN role focuses on delivering skilled, compassionate PTA services within dedicated therapy gyms inside skilled nursing facilities to help residents regain function and independence.

Licensure in Florida as a PTA (or eligibility) is required; SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
