Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in our SNF settings in Tampa, FL. This full-time role features a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
