Step Up Tampa is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Full-Time roles at Ybor City and Tampa Lakes facilities in Tampa, FL. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and features modern rehab gyms within dedicated therapy spaces.

As part of Step Up Rehab, you will deliver PTA services to SNF residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
