Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida to join our team at SNF facilities in Tampa. The role involves providing skilled PTA-related therapy services within dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

We offer a Full-Time position with an hourly pay rate, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including 401(k), PTO, medical insurance, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
