Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time positions in Tampa's SNF settings, including Ybor City and Tampa Lakes. The PTA will work within dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PTAs, realistic caseloads, modern rehab facilities, and strong support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
