Step Up Rehab in Florida is seeking a licensed PTA to join our team at the Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation Center. You will deliver skilled PTA therapy within dedicated rehab gyms, helping residents regain function and independence in a SNF setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive leadership culture focused on quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
