Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team and support patient care under a licensed Physical Therapist.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, respectful communication with patients and staff, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate is a CAPTE-accredited graduate with an active state license and CPR certification, able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
