Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team. You will support patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering skilled treatment programs and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualified candidates have a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program, current state licensure and CPR certification, can lift 50 pounds, and demonstrate teamwork, time management and active listening.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Licensure: Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
