Client Growth Resources, Inc invites a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in California. You will assist licensed therapists, deliver skilled treatment programs, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a respectful, supportive environment.

This role requires CAPTE-accredited PTA program completion, state license and CPR certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
