Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, document patient responses, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include guiding patients and families in exercises and safety, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current PTA license/certification in the relevant state.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Travel: minimal (as required, typically less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observes patient responses and progress, documents findings for the supervising PT.
• Provides patient and family instruction on exercises, safety, and progress at home.
• Assists in evaluating patient needs and progress with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of patient responses and progress.
