Life Enriching Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary staff to deliver personalized therapy plans that support resident independence and recovery.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Ohio.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Administer manual exercises, massage, and/or traction to relieve pain, improve strength, and reduce the risk of deformity.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist residents with functional mobility and activity improvement.
• Observe, document, and report resident progress and treatment responses to the Physical Therapist.
• Fit and train residents in the use and care of orthopedic devices such as braces, prostheses, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment programs.
• Support clerical functions such as inventory, supply orders, and documentation.
