Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents in our senior living communities. You will work under the Physical Therapist and with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized rehabilitation plans that enhance recovery and independence.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio PTA license and have outpatient experience. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth, excellent patient care ratios, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Ohio.
• Outpatient experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services to residents.
• Administer manual therapies and assistive devices as prescribed.
• Observe, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with functional mobility and activity improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Support clerical functions such as inventory and documentation.
