Lebanon Rehabilitation in Tacoma, WA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to implement plans created by a Physical Therapist, helping residents regain range of motion and manage pain.

You will assist with ambulation, document care, follow infection-control protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Six months in long-term care and CPR certification are preferred/required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state PTA licensure.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Helps residents with ambulation and mobility.
• Assists in implementing therapy plans created by the Physical Therapist.
• Assesses patient status and documents care in records.
• Performs therapeutic procedures and guides residents in exercises and daily activities.
• Maintains infection-control and a safe work environment.
• Maintains timely attendance and supports production objectives.
