Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The role supports physical therapists in delivering care to patients in their homes, focusing on mobility, function, and daily living skills.

You will work under licensed PT supervision, using physical modalities to improve patient outcomes. A valid PTA license in the state and reliable transportation are required for success.

Competenze

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
