Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Greenville, SC seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation under a PT. You will help patients regain mobility and balance, and work closely with therapists to implement personalized plans.

You will document services for billing and ensure compliance with care plans and standards. This role may include additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Requires valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of practice, or proof of license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document all services for accurate and timely billing.
• Ensure care follows the Plan of Care and professional standards; comply with guidelines.
• Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance.
• Identify need for and refer to other disciplines under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
