Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks a licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapists in helping residents recover mobility and independence. You will contribute to rehabilitative programs and ensure accurate service documentation for billing.

Under supervision, you’ll help develop and implement individualized therapy plans, coordinate referrals to other disciplines, and assist with restoring balance, gait, and function as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant licensure or eligibility in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide support care to residents to assist in recovery and rehabilitation.
• Assist in delivering quality patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
