Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy modalities and assist patients under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
