Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-focused team in Idaho Falls. You will work under licensed Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence through therapeutic modalities and personalized care plans.

Ideal candidates are currently licensed as PTAs in Idaho, possess a valid driver’s license and insurance, and can travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in Idaho.
• Must possess a valid Idaho driver’s license.
• Must carry automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation in good condition.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients with physical impairments using modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence, and self-care.
