Qualifications

• Ability to educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress.
• Support patients performing therapeutic exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercises.
• Document care activities and maintain patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with the care team to support discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment in line with policies.
