Job summary

PCI Health Training Center is seeking a part-time Faculty Member for the PTA program in Texas. The role delivers didactic and laboratory instruction, supervises student clinical skill development, and maintains a positive learning environment in line with ACCSC and CAPTE standards.

The position requires current PTA or PT licensure in the operating state, and a minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience. Teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Credentialed PTA or PT with required state license.
• Minimum three years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience teaching and supervising students in lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver didactic and laboratory instruction per syllabi and course objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans and lab activities promoting safe clinical skills.
• Supervise and evaluate students in lab, ensuring patient safety.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain records.
• Hold office hours and provide academic advising.
• Support accreditation activities and program assessment.
