Responsibilities include delivering direct treatment, documenting care, maintaining productivity, and participating in interdisciplinary care meetings to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients per the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Accurately and timely document the need for skilled service in each record entry.
• Maintain productivity and time management according to the daily schedule.
• Attend and contribute to patient care plan meetings for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Communicate patient responses to treatment and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Participate in program development and share best practices with the Rehab Team.
• Assist patients in achieving outcomes while acting as a trusted community partner.
