Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support the Physical Therapist in implementing resident-specific treatment plans.

You will provide direct treatment, document outcomes, and participate in care plan meetings with an interdisciplinary Rehab Team to advance resident health and mobility.

This role offers a flexible shift mix (PRN, FT, PT) and opportunities for advancement within a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently certified PTA.
• Provide direct treatment to residents per plan of care.
• Document treatment activities accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record all pertinent treatment information and document need for services.
• Maintain productivity and time management per daily schedule.
• Attend care plan meetings for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Communicate patient response and progress with the supervising physical therapist.
• Assist in program development and share best practices with Rehab Team.
• Support patient outcomes and community partnership.
